Will a chef need to come and see my kitchen to see if I have all the required utensils?
It is not necessary to see your kitchen before the function, however we do normally visit for an initial menu planning discussion.
What if I don’t have a big kitchen and all the professional utensils or equipment?
We can create an exceptional meal in any sized kitchen and will bring any professional equipment required.
Do I need to set up the table for the evening?
We do prefer you set up the table, however we can arrange for this to be done if required or for larger parties.
How many minimum guests are required?
We do have set pricing for minimum numbers at certain functions however this can always be negotiated.
Does Talking Turkey serve the meal or do we do it ourselves?
This depends on the type of menu, number of guests and type of service required. We do provide professional service staff if needed.
What about the clean-up?
Our service includes washing and cleaning after the meal so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Do I provide the wine for the meal? Can you make recommendations to match the meal?
It’s totally up to you. You can choose your wine depending on the menu or we can recommend wines to suit your meal.
Do I need to supply or pay extra for ingredients?
Our cost includes the supply of all ingredients for the meal.
Do I get to select the menu dishes?
Every menu is customised to your taste buds, dietary requirements and will be refined till you are 100% satisfied.
What if I don’t have enough crockery, cutlery, glasses or tablecloths?
On prior notice, we can arrange them all for you.
