Our ultimate dinner party experience brings the restaurant into your home. Suited to a more formal setting, your meal is prepared from scratch in your kitchen while you sit back, relax, mingle and enjoy.

Chef Santosh will meet with you  prior to the night to design your theme and menu. With Talking Turkey, you can be involved as much as you care to be, selecting straight from our Classic, Executive or Deluxe dinner menus or being involved in every detail.

Together, you can  get creative and customise a menu designed perfectly for you and your budget. If cooking is a passion and you would like to assist or  pick up a few secrets while you watch your chef prepare, we will have an apron at the ready.

HOW IT WORKS

We have minimum of 8 guests booking for dinner. The price for each party depends on the number of guests, higher the number lower the price.

Our service price includes menu development, the food cost, special equipment, Chef services, Professional waiter, travelling expenses and leaving your kitchen spotless at the end of event.

All bookings below 8 guests will incur a $150 Chef Service charge.

Our aim is to meet every client requirements considering the fact each have some limited budgeted to spend on the event, that’s why we don’t have any cap price on a Dinner party. That allows us to customise the menu to your need.

 

Signature
This is our signature option where the client has the freedom to customise the menu to their own taste bud. It includes

Mezze platter to share with selection of antipasti and bread

Mix platter of entrée with meat, fish and vegetarian option so everyone get to try something different.

Choice of alternate drop of mains

Dessert platter with the selection of two desserts of your choice with ice cream.

Executive
Alternate drop of entree and mains with a dessert and a cheese platter to follow.

Classic
One entree, an alternate drop of mains and a dessert to follow.

Chili kaffir lime prawns with sweet tamarind sauce

Yakitori beef skewers pickled ginger and soy glaze

Slow cooked aromatic duck maryland

With spring onion mash, steamed brocolini and pickled cucumber

Grilled rib eye fillet

With honey roasted pumpkin, prosciutto beans and creamy mushroom sauce

Crispy skin pork belly

With sweet potato, feta, apple salad, honey lychee dressing and beetroot jam

Sesame crusted salmon

With pawpaw, sprout, wakame, fresh coriander and peanut salad

With zucchini, water cress, cashew nuts, and tomato w horse radish dressing

Noori wrapped salmon w pickled ginger, wakame, beans sprout, butternut pumpkin with chili soy dressing

Lemon-thyme Chicken Breast

With rocket, cherry tomato, mixed olives, Persian feta in filo case w eggplant puree and herb oil
